BS will oftan phrase things as a question, as if he isn't quite sure of what's going on. Sometimes it might get kinda annoying? Also he has a tendancy towards typing fast, which may lead toward odd and sometimes humorous typos.

jJ tries to use proper capitalization, although she also capitalizes a few things she considers to be of great importance, or related to aspects she tends to roll often, such as Doom and Law. She also tends to ramble, use run-on sentences and rather poor grammar, and abuses commas and semicolons; she doesn't really understand punctuation or grammar very well.
She uses the words "basically" and "essentially" (or "in essence") often while explaining things, and also tends to end some statements and most assumptions with "I guess", or "I think", which seems to turn them into sort-of questions, I guess?

vP, née Ross Eberhardt, is inconsistent and relentlessly casual in his typing and communication style. He prefers not to give too much information to newbies and the inexperienced, believing that it's important for people to figure things out on their own, and that spoon-feeding is harmful for personal growth.
Subjects of personal interest will make him suddenly become more verbose, serious, and formal, but he likes to downplay the 'scarred veteran of too many session' thing.
Ross nicknames -everything-, especially Aspects/Heroes of Aspect, and other players. Likewise, he has a love of punning.

sN uses very little punctuation besides question marks, exclamation points, and apostrophes. She breaks up sentences and even phrases onto different lines. Generally she names the person to whom she's talking, types out a spiel, and then lists another person and directs her comments to them.
She takes the first three letters of the two parts of a person's handle to make six-letter "names". She calls most people by this, with the exception of pet- or nicknames.
Whenever she talks about any game aspect, she brackets it. Unfortunately, the Null has the tendency to make random letters disappear about anything SBURB-related now rather than just the Void Aspect. Every once in a while this will frustrate her enough that she just gives up on the stupid thing.
She uses emoticons sparingly, but they're always happy ones. "uwu" is her favorite.

iD is kind of serious, very wordy and a bit of a grammar nazi, but she has a bad habit of waxing lyrical. She likes to use big words and smilies, but tries not to overuse them lest they become annoying or start to obscure her point. Her grammar, syntax and spelling are as close to perfect as she can get them, with the exception of her tendency to capitalize Important Things.
Also, her eldritch rap is notoriously terrible.

CU likes antagonizing people and will frequently make suggestions that will get people into trouble if they follow them. He tries to avoid using troll terminology as to not stand out, but slips up occasionally.
He'll also leave out Rangoon warnings, and when he does use them they're only to avoid having people complain at him. His quirk is to capitalize 'u's and replace 'you' with 'U.' Believe it or not, I came up with his quirk before UU was a thing in the comic.

SB tends to type in what he considers to be a rather eloquent manner, though it is far different from the way he speaks aloud. The tone of his posts tends to become more casual and relaxed the more comfortable or excited he is with the situation at hand.
He types with perfect grammar most of the time, though he's known to make slip-ups on occasion. He makes a policy of being polite to everyone until he's given a reason not to be, and very few people have ever managed that.
He thinks through his posts carefully and edits them ruthlessly before finalizing them. They often end up being only marginally better than they would have been otherwise, but he doesn't realize it. Because of this tendency, writing a single post can occasionally take more time than is at all reasonable.
He insists on wearing glasses even though he does not need them. He also adamantly refuses to explain why.
Lastly, he's notorious for over-thinking pretty much everything.
