Just checked with my Seer of Time co-player, and he confirms that the Angels are/will be acting weird in our session too.
Any hypothesis on the cause yet?

This behavior sounds oddly familiar. Isn't it from that old TV show? About a doctor who travels the universe and is also an alien? The name escapes my mind at the moment... I actually hit the same conclusion. The show you are thinking of is Doctor Who, specifically the Weeping Angels. The Weeping Angels are a species of alien who are super fast, super powerful, and super evil. They look like statues of angels when looked at, because they turn to statues if anyone looks at them. They're called Weeping Angels because they cover their face as a precaution so that they don't look at any other WAs and turn them to stone. They're statues when you're looking at them, but attacking when you're not. All in all, one of the creepiest monsters in the series.
As for the motivation of the non-fictional Angels, I'm not sure. They're loooking for the "Stolen Hymns", whatever those are.

Hey, been a while, but now that I've gotten back into the game and, more specifically the underworld, ours our doing it too. Everything about Doctor Who above is spot on. Also, our Maid with the angel planet is starting to act weird, possibly corrupted. We're thinking of evacuating her to the magicant until someone figures out the hymns and why they're doing this.

...yeah, okay, I'm legit getting scared of Angels suddenly. Like, when they were just flapping around and imparting a vaguely religious reskin of Other corruption, it was like who even knows what these guys' deal is for real. But this stuff... implies that they have actual hostile behavior going on. Definitely something to watch out for.

Based on recent information, they can also travel cross-session if they get access to an iteration of Skaia. As if they weren't terrifying enough.

Look. We don't know if them trying to travel through sessions is a thing they'll do often. So far it has happened once! Even then, we lack the information about what happened on Rick's side of the jump.
All we can say is this: The Angels clawed their way out of Skaia. It's possible. We don't know how rare it is, but it's possible.

I can personally assure you, there are many angels moving through paradox space. Fortunately, they aren't familiar with the laws of physics that apply there, and so almost all of them are thoroughly lost. Though I must admit, on a personal level, I'm glad they've begun their migration, as it's shown me that cross session travel is possible. And god knows that means I'm getting off this fucking meteor.

WHAT. I sincerely doubt it. The Others wouldn't stand for it.
Plus, I'd be able to hear them bitching about it from here on Derse. I mean, they're muttering about the Angels sure enough, but nothing to indicate they've entered the Other's territory.
Then again, I suppose it just might not have happened yet for the ones I can hear?

Well about half of the Others are laughing their tentacle-ridden asses off at the Angels wandering around, utterly confused, the other half are standing off primarily, occasionally taking out some of them, especially when they get close to the Furthest Ring. Also, you should understand, paradox space is a BIG place, connecting all that is and all that could be, not all of it is comprised of the Furthest Ring. There would be no 'Furthest' Ring if there were no other areas in paradox space. In fact, if I'm correct, which I hope I am, as my life depends on it, time travel is not technically required for inter-timeline travel, being as that doomed offshoots exist somewhere out there in paradox space while they're waiting to meet their doom. My plan is to use Sburb's teleportation mechanics(those used to bring you to the incipisphere) to jump from my universe, which I believe is a doomed timeline which got frozen, into another session. But yes, the Others aren't willing to have Angels in the Furthest Ring, and they destroy those that get near it.

Do you think this has to do with a prototyping or alchemizing mistake?
