Excellent to hear about getting him out of there. My best bet is he's in a place on his "Land" that is colloquially called "Homefree" but is probably one of the "Skaian Summonings". He's been out of synch with his "Aspect" and "Whisperings" and this place is the highest "Whispering" and "Aspect" concentration on his land. Give him a little time to get back in tune, then start getting him in gear to get this game going.
Talk to your "Blood" player about acceptable behavior and that locking people in a room to 'heal' them is not cool. In most cases that's going to be the opposite of healing. If that fails, a good drop kick to the head should make her see reason. Or knock her out, whichever works.

The Maid of Blood's reaction to ANY argument is to collapse into a pile of self-depreciation, weeping, groveling and otherwise acting like a wounded gazelle. I don't need to kick her in the face, I just need [Metasilence] and a stern look.
Space boy was bumming around in the Land Of Storm and Copper, like you said. Think he was scrambling our scrying, making it look like he was in 12 places at once. He was...ugh.
He and his dreamself SOMEHOW got a Gamecube plugged into the crude "wires" sticking out of the Land. He was busy playing Sonic Adventure 2: Battle with himself as player 2. Okay, maybe it's comforting and familiar for him, but videogames about saving the world and stuff kind of lost their lustre after I watched the Dame kiss the Sylph back to life. No, no she didn't know that would actually work.
I just acted like a bro and listened to him babble about Chao breeding for a few hours (we'll call it practice?). And no, I didn't cast [Metasilence]. We can work on his social skills and general strangeness later, he needs some decompression right now.
