So, you've done the machine breakdancing with the instinctual derp and sent the coolkids to their meteoric temporary antidoom, what with the ghost slime now?
Besides player ectobiology, making the First Guardian, and the Genesis Frog, those machines don't really see all that much use as far as we know that is relevant to players, as even carapaces regard this as too convoluted and timey-wimey to deal with and mostly just use regular old cloning vats through much of the Veil.
So, what did you do with your ectobiology equipment and frogbreeding tools when you were done with it? Make some mutant kittens? Create frog monstrosities? Do things with prototyping reactivity? Set them on fire and bash them into oblivion? Make paradox clone mutants of things simply because you wanted to kill them but the survival of the original is session-critical and you're kind of a psychopathic murderer with mental problems? Appearify random junk from across the session and its host universe for the purposes of trolling and alchemy? Recover players from harsh situations throughout the local spacetime? Accidentally target something nasty like an Angel or a 'sleeping' Denizen or a horrorterror's roommate or gentlemanMannerism's belongings or the First Guardian at an inopportune time or the Black King and end up getting yourself killed brutally when the machine decided that no time paradoxes would occur if you kidnapped them? Create an army of mutant First Guardians and end up breaking your session? Breaking your session in general? Stealing things from people? Stealing people from things? General theft? Relocation of quest targets?
Tell us about it.

Well, there was that one time where out ditzy Maid of Mist accidentally forgot to prototype her Kernelsprite pre-entry but had a clear idea of what she was doing. She ended up prototyping the Genesis Frog and her dreamself, which, somehow, was a Waste of Flow that had already BT'd twice on the Black Queen. Ironically, she died right on her quest bed when that happened due to Destiny Bond and a mild case of Questant's Lament (mainly because the game confused her for Jack Noir, so she actually was doing missions for the queen.)
