I jsut figured out that Youtube still works, but don't ask me how.
Also, I'm starting to think that the music selection for my current title/aspect combo... kinda suck, really. Shame, too, I kinda had a few good tunes back in my old title. Well, before...
Anyway, I was thinking I'd share some music that I regularly enjoyed before entering this forsaken game.
There's two from a... Norse, I think, band back home. THey'd at least get me in the mood to do something.
Now, this one I have no idea what the words are, but... it just makes me feel better, somehow.
Anyway, if you guys want to share some of the music you miss, go ahead and post it in this thread.

When I'm not feeling it, you can bet that one Ozzy Osbourne can help me get pumped up.
And let's not forget the older stuff that Ozzy's done.
I like Ozzy Osbourne, okay? He was actually my first sprite, by way of poster. I also had a bat in the kernelsprite. The irony of it was pretty hilarious. He was a pretty cool dude.

ALL ABOARD! Hahaha. Ozzy is always Ozzy.
I did listen to something from TYR back on earth. It's (was?) a danish band, who sings in danish and I've heard labeled as, I quote, "progressive viking metal". I've heard many good things about them, it's honestly not exactly my genre, it's not really accessible enough. I didn't know the first thing about playing an instrument back then, haha.
On the other hand... So apparently I have a half decent singing voice. Nothing to especially proud of, except when I rolled Rage and got the associated Chords of Steel. It is a known thing that my reaction to that was the best possible one, which is, creating Secret Rocker consorts, found an AC/DC cover band called the "Dirty Deeds" and toured my land dishing out sweet solos like they were candy.
I think it was as good as a band having an iguana playing bass could be.
I'll see if I can find a few videos from the Dirty Deeds, in the meantime you get some good old regular AC/DC. This song is the one that made me choose my non-voice, regular instrument for when I am not rage,in one of the possibly most obscure references in the history of sburb. You get one try to understand what it is.
Also, I probably should have made videos of when I performed the yell to Thunderstruck.
I really would like to try my hand at rage again! Who knows, maybe I could broaden my repertoire a little.

wizLun may have hated mainstream music, but personally I like this sort of thing when I could get away with playing it.

And our fraymotifs ended up sounding a lot like stuff from Prodigy Really? My fraymotifs sound a lot more like Metallica. And that is awesome.
Except that one session, where they started sounding a lot more like Dragonforce. Really hard to play.

Hahaha! True Scottish Pirate Metal! Hehe, Alestorm are awesome. The only thing I resent them of is talkig thrash about Running Wild, that were doing the same things twenty years before
Also, while it's not exactly my genre, I was asked who Slash was one time too many in the chat and... Yeah. He's the one with the top hat.
Finally, for those who know a bit of spanish... There is (was?) this awesome spanish Folk Metal band called Mago de Oz (lol). Among their masterpieces, their concept album about Don Quixote, "La Leyenda de la Mancha" (this piece is called "Molinos de Viento", "Windmills")
and another, more recent concept album called "Gaia" (this is "Van a Rodar Cabezas", "Some Heads are Gonna Roll" - nothing to do with the Judas Priest song with the same name)

Happy, peaceful music. Helps me forget that the members of this band are dead.
