Hello, everyone~! I know I haven't been on the fora lately, but I haven't died. I've just been super busy, what with dealing with the Black King and starting a new session.
Speaking of that new session... It... may or may not be fucked up to high heaven.
To start, here's our player group: Seer of Stars (that's me~) Scout of Blood Grace of Fate Page of Space Sylph of Hope Thief of Rain Prince of Breath Mage of Time
Everyone save for me and the Scout is playing their first session. And everyone save for me and the Scout is a Troll. Our Prince is not only female, but the girliest girl in the session. Our Time player's dreamself is on Prospit. Our Thief's dreamself is dead, but he can apparently hear and talk to the Horrorterrors while he's awake. Our Space player's dreamself wasn't awake before the session started, but the Hope player's and Fate player's were...
And that's not going into the metric fuckton of issues and feelings and problems that the Trolls have.
I think that "oooooooh dear" is the appropriate response here. D8

Alright, in order:
I think trolls are mostly ok as long as they understand that they have no choice but to cooperate with their human coplayers. The fact that they're all first-sessioners means that's probably not the case though, so they may very well see you as inferior and/or enemies. Try to physically avoid them as much as possible until the game's gone on long enough that they get the picture. Team up with the scout and use your seer powers to figure out where you have to explore to not run into them I guess.
Prince is allowed to be female. Noone should care.
Time dreamself on Prospit could be bad. Tell him/her not to look at the clouds for any reason. Time player needs all the degrees of freedom that prophecy takes away.
Thief... is Rain so he's got a lot of automatic resistance to corruption. Still, could be bad. He's probably just got a dupliclone somewhere close to the Others and doesn't know it; try to scry on it if you can.
Space dreamself... I honestly don't understand why this is supposed to be important, even though people say it is. You'll probably do fine.
Troll feelings... fuck if I know.

Disregard advice to scry for Rain Dupliclones, unless you want to start glowing black. Just watch over the Thief.
Like dA said, Time Player should not watch the Clouds. that is Space Players Duty. I think that it is skipped this time, which may be really bad (no extra oomph from Skaia-sanctioned stable time loops), but you can win without it. It just will be much harder.
Troll social dynamics are... weird as hell. Watch out for those with blue and purple text, they are usually most violent and crazy anything green, yellow and brown should be mostly sane and approachable, however exceptions happen. There is "quadrant" topic on the boards, that should cover most of their feels.
Also, Grace. watch out for her.

Yeah, there is just... no way I'm going to scry for dupliclones under these circumstances. From what I keep hearing, the Thief talks to the Others all the time. In fact, I'm pretty sure that the only reason he's not leaking black stuff all over the place is because his moirail (that's the word, right?) is the Page and the Page is a hugger.
(Seriously, the Page gives the best hugs.)
As for physically avoiding the trolls, it's a little late for that. I ended up having to smack some respect into a couple of them. Although... "respect" might not be the right word. I definitely smacked them, though! The blue-texted one (our Prince) wasn't one of them, though. She was actually very nice. She made everyone cupcakes. But are you sure that the greens are supposed to be approachable? The Thief (the trolls keep calling his color "jade") has threatened to kill everyone (except the Page) if they come near him, and the Sylph (her color is more of a yellow-green)... Well, she's just one angry little chickadee.
I tried talking to the Time player about the Clouds, but not only is he the one least inclined to listen to a human, he's the one with the purple/indigo/whatever text.
Pre-existing ~relationships~ among the first-timers are as follows: -Thief and Page are moirails -Prince and Mage have something going on, but I can't tell what. They definitely don't hate each other, though. -Mage and Sylph hate each other. Scout and I had to pull them off each other during that disastrous meeting of everyone. Thief says he's trying to mediate. -Page might have an awkward boycrush on Sylph.
You'll notice that the Grace isn't mentioned. I think she's deliberately trying to keep out of any and all ~entanglements~. Which probably isn't a big deal. But she'll deny even being friends with those people. Everyone else, when asked, all admit that "yeah, I'm friends with this person", etc, etc, the sole exception being those two that hate each other... and the Grace. She's also the only one who can't fight. And she won't even try. She makes the Thief and the Page fight for her. (Although the Thief seems to be getting annoyed with the whole thing.) Also, after I just mentioned that the Grace might need watching, just a little... Well, they won't let me near her now.
isolatedSorceror, manicMisery, if you can read this: I'm not trying to imply that she's bad or dangerous. I'm just saying that she might cause something horrible, possible indirectly and probably by accident. That's why she needs watching.
Jeeeeeeez, for someone who claims to not be friends with anyone...

ok. Grace seriously needs to socialize. if you leave her that way, the Cataclysm scale will be mind-numbing.
also, the jade and yellowish? those are the exceptions. if jade Thief hears Others all day one could expect of him to be homicidal.
Time Player may cause problems (cause Glitches and his blood colour making him unstable). Try to talk with Prince about it, maybe she could help pacifying him when the hell breaks loose.
Thief having a moirail is a big relief. and the fact that you have smacked some of them is a good thing. They will learn that you are capable of defending yourself. They probably wouldn't be able to win against Blood Player.
Sigh I am talking about "them" but in the end you have to become a team, specieism be damned.

All right, the Scout and I put our heads together, and(with some very helpful input from the Page) we set up a chain of Unbreakable Unions for the Grace. We'll send her to the Page first. The guy won't let her be anti-social. Then to the Thief to wean her from her dependence on others to fight for her. He'll probably be hard on her (he's already started bitching at her and trying to get her to learn how to fight already) but I think he'll get the job done.
I would have sent her to the Scout instead of the Thief, but Scout honestly needs to socialize a bit more himself. Guy's pretty shy; he doesn't like putting himself out there. (Which is really unfortunate because he's such a sweetheart.) I think it's just shyness, though, instead of what ever is going on with the Grace. And no, they probably wouldn't have won against him. The man is a beast with a rapier.
I will try talking to the Prince. She and the Page seem to be the most receptive to what Scout and I have to say, with the Thief being a distant third. (We have to be ~logical~ if we want the Thief to listen. And Sburb doesn't exactly run on logic.)
