I am not sure what do you mean by "chaining a classpect" in the first place.
I am sorry that you feel oppressed. Generally speaking we are cool with most ideas as long as they conform with the tone of the setting. There is some things over which we - by which we mean the community, not me and a few other guys - would rather not budge, but that is because we feel they would lead to the setting derailing too much from what GGtG wrote.
Erasing maturity seems well within the domain of what a prince of mind could do. However, the way I see it there is usually no finishing the game without all characters finishing their maturity quests before. So I presume that erasing maturity would mostly result in someone having to do the quests again and the game lasting longer? I am not sure, can you be more clear about what you mean?

Hm.
To be fair, people doing research on title assignment algorithms and those research stil having to find anything noteworthy was something established in the chat some time ago, so I could see someone trying but I could also see it as a kind of "trial and error" process where you try ten times, and maybe twice you manage to chain your aspect or your class.
I am also starting not to be sure that Mind is the right aspect for this. Heart might be more suitable. Maturity quests are not something that has uniquely to do with logic, but with the growth of the person as a whole. And Mind is not necessarily about "logic" anyway as it is about choices. So there's that.
