The window shatters into many many pieces. When the sound of falling glass shards stop, you can barely hear the chattering of voices, and you can see a light coming from a dark tunnel...

You go through the window, heading towards the light. The sound of voices gets stronger and stronger...
You arrive in a large market. Stalls are everywhere. You're in a completely new place...
What the hell is with the locals? They're all monsters! They're all ignoring you though, going through the market and purchasing things. You see waxy coins exhanging hands, as well as things like flowers and novels...

You start running. You can hear the sirens getting closer and closer.
"HALT, IN THE NAME OF THE LAW!"
The squad car comes closer and closer and... It goes right past you. That's when you notice it's made of tin. And that there's a wind-up key on top.
The car swerves around to block you, and two police-men step out.
They're wearing british bobby uniforms, and they seem to be... clockwork?
However, they head towards you, billy-clubs raised.
You're fighting the Clockwork Lieutenants! (Pain 2)
