I would hope that the thread hasn't outright died; I personally have high hopes that this RP goes for the long-haul. It had a pretty nice kickoff, what with being started on 4/13, but quite a few people stopped posting after a period of time. UM was one of the first, but he's been getting back on intermittently, and he's one of the few current posters now. DD's been posting once in a blue moon, which is a shame because her posts tend to be better than most and she seems to like writing for this RP. CT personally told me he didn't want to continue, which is a shame considering he was so gung-ho originally. It turns out he didn't want to go through the work of writing, so he just stopped. I'm personally waiting on IF to respond, but I have a bad feeling that she might have also flown the coup. I'm hoping GS gets back into the swing of things, but if more than half of the group just stops responding, I'm not sure what else I can do about that.
It's really a shame. I thought it was going so well at first, but now there seems to be a general lack of interest.

First off, UM, I'm sorry about your cat- I didn't know, of course.
And about everyone else, I feel the same- It was so fun to have all of these people on board, and we all seemed to be doing well, and posts were coming in so often, but then people just kind of... stopped. It would be a shame if this thread died, because it was so much fun. If people are outright quitting, we might end up having to pull a Diabolous Ex Machina and suddenly kill them off if we're to continue- which would feel bad, but I suppose it'd be better than just ending.

It's alright TG, I'm passed the stages.
If they don't want to do it anymore, perhaps we can just act like they are doing stuff off-camera. Sort of like what happened with me. Then, if they wish to come back for some reason, they haven't lost their character. Also, if I may get off topic; if you are Rain, is it like being a cartoon character? It seems that way, but I thought I would check first. Also, I may add more mafia and Yakuza slang, terms into Miles' speech. I haven't made it very clear he's in the mob other than in his ecoladder. However, if you guys think it may be a bad idea, I won't.

You can feel free to do things like that with Miles' speech in my opinion, as long as it's not too obtrusive; Ness likes to sprinkle Duel Monsters terms into speech a bit (chiefly in replacing "God" with "Ra" in terms) and it'd be a good way to give Miles this characterization. On the subject of Rain, it's a bit like Dream- it's "boundless creativity", so yes it would be a bit like cartoon characters in that they do blatantly illogical things (like GGTG's example of pulling a Health Vial to full). However, it's also like Dream in that it doesn't like doing the same thing twice, so that must be kept in mind.
Also, I would dearly like to continue in the RP with replying to Miles' message, but Ness is obviously not in a position where he would be able to do so. Sorry about that.

Perhaps someone else will check. Or I'll make another post and make UM ask for help directly. Maybe TG, because he remembers his pervious session. And UM doesn't.

Hey TG, sorry I've been gone so long. Thus far you and I have been dominating this thread which is good, unfortunately in comparison to us, hardly anyone else was posting, which is bad. As such I wanted to give some other people some time to respond. I know SF is relying on IF so he can do his next post and she seems to have disappeared. I was hoping some others might post in the time I took off, but it seems my plan may have been counter-productive. Anyway, I'm back now, and I do apologize for the hiatus I put you through.

Oh, okay. It's not a huge deal- it would have been nice if you had warned me first in this thread, but I was only worried you'd up and abandoned us. Now that you obviously haven't, it's fine.
