So, I'm considering rolling a native Seer of Breath. If my character's personality is 'rough, rude and coarse, but looks after his friends with his life', would that fit the class and aspect? Also, when one finishes a session and is dumped into a new one, what exactly happens? Do you play with the people you played with before until someone dies, or do you shuffle it around with random people each time?

Yeah, the personality you described would fit - also consider that Breath Players are sterotypically more prone to DERP (that is, acting in very dumb manner) and Tactician Class is assigned to people who tend to not thing ahead and may be a bit arrogant and know-it-all.
as for replaying - it is all shuffled. you take place of a player that would never be, usually waking up before the start of the Game (so called pre-session can last from few minutes necessary to install the game and perform the entering sequence to even few months or years during which the player has to survive, with or without the help of their surrogate guardian - it is a bit easier if you land on Earth-like planet than on alternate Alternia, of course). Meeting the same player again is million-to-one chance but stranger things had happened.

Thanks. :3 Do races and such mix up in the new sessions? Say, 1 human and 3 trolls? Also I noticed a lot of races in my profile that I could choose from that I've never seen before. What are they?

those are fan races creates for this RP. no need to get worried about it. we just noted that there should be more sentient races playing sburb than just two.
and yes, mixups after first session can be a thing - although mixed first sessions are vanishingly rare and shouldn't happen.
