That's me. The party. I have arrived.
Take a seat at the lounge; put up your feet and have a drink. Walk up to the dance floor; put your hands up and get hectic. I will keep you entertained, and then I'll see you all in the Underworld.
I'm absterGoetic. Native Rogue of Rain, on my 14th run, playing Rogue of Rain for the second time. I play Sburb. No no. Hahaha. Don't get me wrong. I know; we all play Sburb, right? But like some of you, I'm not a player in Sburb. I'm playing the game itself. We're in the long game, Sburb and I. Playing against, with, alongside and in blatant defiance of each other. Hehehehe. I've had a Rain aspect in 8 of my 14 games, but I've been a Rain player the whole time. Sometimes I get Void. My second time, I got Doom. That's when the long game really started. I've been learning about the beast, plumbing its depths and crawling through its worst to glean its secrets. To see where underpinnings pull the strings, heehee. I will win this game. The long game.
The secrets are in the glitches. That's the source of the problem, you see. Sburb is too stable. Games don't just crash. Not unless something both massive and cyclo-cascading happens. Not something as simple as a time loop, or a breath loop. It has to be worse. I was a Grace of Form, once. That didn't do it. I was a Sylph of Loss, once. That didn't even come close. That's significant. As a mere Sage of Doom, though? We came close. I saw the outside. When all the walls came down. There was something else out there, beyond the Void. Beneath it. Above it. Without it. Past where the other sessions are. I will see it again, and I will learn the truth.
Oh wait. I'm rambling again. I get a little fixated sometimes.
Hi, I'm absterGoetic. I love alchemy and it's great to be here.
Edit: 15th. Fifteenth run. Heehee. Wouldn't it go and figure? It happened. I can feel. Feel it. Haha. This time, it's made the mistake.
...absterGoetic? That can't be right. Hehe. I'm alchemicGeneticist. Haven't I always been? No, that doesn't sound right either. I wonder what's happening here. Hah. Too funny. We won, you know. That doesn't happen very often, you know. You know. I'm getting sidetracked again. Fixated.
I can feel it. This is the time I'll win. The long game.
