I've been a Prince of Dream for a while now (Little less than a month) and I have an issue.
There are no signs of my Dream abilities.
I can't even hear the Whispering.
Is this normal? By this time in my other sessions I had at least an ability or two. Does Dream simply require more experience than usual?

Not to my knowledge, and I've rolled a few Heroes of Dream.
As the Prince, you might be destroying your aspect, which could be why you haven't encountered it. It can happen.
Alternatively, try indulging in some sort of creative pursuit. Just set aside a few hours and draw or paint or write or compose or whatever it is you prefer to do. If you don't have a creative hobby already, try picking one up.

Man, I can't remember the last time I did anything creative. I suppose that's why? I'm going to see if I can find a pencil or something and doodle up some sweet pics.

Dream abilities? They're awesome. What more do you need to know?
But seriously, though all my past aspects have rocked in their own way, Dream has probably been the most "fun" of any I've played.
But yeah, the game loves to stick you with roles that are hard for you, so if you struggle with creativity, then Dream makes sense to me.
2 second Dream guide: -[Living The Dream] is your bread and butter. Spam it, but keep it original. Good luck. -It is 100% to think of cool ideas ahead of time and pull them out when the time comes and be all "oh yeah I totally made that up on the spot I'm just that awesome." 90% of wit is preparedness.
Doodling is a great idea. With [Living the Dream], you can conjure matter out of thin air. Think of deadly things and launch them at your foe. You're a Prince, so make them as fatal as possible. Also, I should note - overly complex deaths is A-OK here.
One thing to note: Princes are about ending things, and you're still kind of low-level. It's possible that the game wants you to FINISH OFF something, but when you try, it says "Heck man no way you can't one-shot that thing who do you think you are Jack Noir On Steroids?" So, try starting with the weakest imps. Get someone to "wittle it down" for you if it still doesn't work.
I'd figure that you should be high enough to one-shot imps on your own by now, but I thought I'd say so, just in case.
Unfortunately I can't give you too much specific advice, because making stuff up is the whole point of Dream. Good luck! Let us know how it works!

I just killed an imp by materializing a jungle gym on it. This is fascinating.

Hah, nice one!
Good to hear you finally got those abilities working.
I'll refrain from giving any suggestions, since I remember how annoying that is for Dreams aspects.
