So I'm having a little trouble with my dreamself. I'll doze off in the middle of writing up a log, and snap back awake and suddenly I've written something in my sleep somehow. I don't directly remember what happened, but he takes notes- I can kinda get a picture of what he's doing (unless he's smarter than he seems and is lying... somehow). I/he looked at the walls, though, and then he kinda lost it? Now I'm just getting random NOOOOOOOOOs popping into my log with weird bouts of split-second narcolepsy or something. It's freaking me out, and I want to get him/myself under control.
So, what do I do if my dreamself has gone catatonic batshit from wall scrawlings? My first guess was trying to improve my Sleep Ratio or whatever, but I'm not sure how to go about doing that, and with him being like this I'm not sure if I want to be more synchronized or whatever for fear of succumbing to some Sburb mental illness. I'm pretty sure it's not, like Apocryphal Antithesis or anything, but... just, uh... yeah.

One quick way to boost your sleep ratio is to stack land beds on top of each other and then take a nap on the resulting pile o' beds. You should be able to find land beds scattered across your land.
If that doesn't normalise your Dreamself, then things might be a bit more troublesome.

the [land b d] thing works a lot of the time but before you try to correct your [sle p ra io] get a friend have them stay by you it helps if they're the same kind of dreamer too
actually have someone watch your [dre mse f] have them let you know what's going on the more information, the better
