First of all: I do not believe you can actually do that. When it gets to be your turn to enter the medium, you and your house will be physically transported to a location inside the game, and I really doubt you can do it again from WITHIN the game.
Second of all, you should not do this. Consider that empty slot in the game as valuable as life itself, because anyone who is not in your party when you start that game up is gonna die. Seriously, grab a friend of your own and you'll be glad you did later.
Third of all... you haven't started yet? I wonder if it's at all possible to convince you (as a group) not to play the game at all. Or if it'd do any good.

Third of all... you haven't started yet? I wonder if it's at all possible to convince you (as a group) not to play the game at all. Or if it'd do any good. If an instance of the game exists in their universe for them to play, then no, not playing it would do them little good.
I do wonder how they're aware of roles pre-entry though, particularly without becoming aware of the game's nature. If they've read a guide or FAQ that has enough detail to give them that, it should also have told them what they're getting into.
Speaking of, welcome to the corpseparty.
The best advice I can give to you pre-entry is to say goodbye to anyone you care about. They don't know it, but unless they're playing alongside you, they're probably about to die. Get anything you might regret all nice and resolved - you'll pick up enough old ghosts to not be wanting any extras. After that's out of the way, read GG's glitch FAQ, particularly the section on entry. Also, make sure to captchalogue anything you think might be handy to have for the rest of your life (hygiene products are useful, as are medical supplies and any treasured possessions), and change into an outfit you won't find embarrassing in twenty years - anything you have on you during entry is retained during subsequent sessions.

I was hoping for some insite into the mythos, but thank you for your responces... I'll talk to my buddy and see if mabye we can find some another person to expereince the end of the world with No one actually cares about Sburb's weird little mythos much, except a few folks who study it as a hobby, and you definitely shouldn't be worrying about it in your first session. It almost entirely consists of a poorly written, poorly thought-out excuse plot that was quite likely penned with the aid of a large supply of hallucinogens.
Focus on survival first, indulge your curiosity later.
If what you're asking about is advice on playing your Role so you can start building up your ARC, then wait until you're in the game and actually know your role for certain. Chances are, it won't be what you expect it to be (because Sburb is a giant bag of dicks). The actual mechanics of the system are covered pretty well by GG's FAQ.
And make damn sure you get someone else to play with you. Even if all you do is find a random person on the street once the meteors start falling, thrust a copy of the game into their hands and say "use this if you want to escape the meteors".
