I am not CS. I'm his moirail, SA. I'm very scared right now. CS did Jack-in-the-box like a week ago, and he still has not got back. He has god tiers, and so do I, and also DD. Im his co-player, and i am searching his land (LODAN) for any trace of where he went. I am scared that he might not come back, but i also hate the idea that he WILL come back and be insane and kill us all. Please help me.

I have no detailed knowledge of how the "Clown" functions, but there should be ways of checking to see if he's alive provided his "Land" functions as it would for any other player. If the "Land" looks dim and the "Consorts" are all really depressed, that can be an indicator of bad things. Also you mentioned going "God Tier" as I recall from reading another thread, there should be something like a grandfather clock somewhere in the game, I believe it's on the "Dreaming Moon" but I could very well be wrong. It's supposed to tick back and forth between "Heroic" and "Just" if the player's alive. If they die, then the clock will have stopped on one of the two sides or it's been destroyed.
I've really got nothing other than that, and I'm sorry I can't be of more help. I hope you find your "moirail" soon and he's not all crazy in a bad way.

It's supposed to tick back and forth between "Heroic" and "Just" if the player's alive. If they die, then the clock will have stopped on one of the two sides or it's been destroyed. The clocks are not kept on the Dream Moons (considering how often those moons end up destroyed, that would be very bad for us). They're squirreled away somewhere in the Magicant, and it is heavily advised that you do not meddle with them.
As to advice on how to find the Clown player... er, there's not really much that can be said. Scrying is worth trying, as is checking for the standard signs of player death, but there's not really any way to force him to show. It'll happen, or not happen, in it's own time.
He may never show up again, and that's actually one of the better outcomes. Because if he does show up again? Not gonna be fun for anyone involved. Clown is critically glitched, in the worst possible way. He may well kill you all. I'd be prepared for that eventuality, and be ready to put him down if necessary. As someone who's gone through Clown in the past, it would be a mercy.

His consorts are fine, and i also checked LOPAP (land of pirates and pumpkins) which is one of our friends lands. His consorts seem pleasant enough.

Also, stay away from that land, it's critically glitched. Pumpkins are another of the things that make Sburb do an elaborate somersault off the handle.

Right.
See all of those things I highlighted? Any one of those things alone would be enough to screw you over.
Frogs, or frog-like things, cause the Black Queen to remove her ring, almost guaranteeing a Wraith.
Prototyping people is going to inflict massive psychological damage on you after having to kill them repeatedly over and over again.
Mailboxes? I'm not sure if you've done any of the Mail quests on the Dream moons, but as far as Sburb is concerned, Postal Workers are hard as nails. Which means a difficulty increase, and massively increased odds of PM going Wraith. So you probably have two Wraiths on the way.
And Pumpkins are just plain screwed up. They're critically glitched, and now so is your session. This is the reason you have a Clown, but I'd expect a whole string of other glitches to just storm straight on through. There's a reason that Pumpkins are one of the big three things that you don't ever let anywhere near the Kernal (the other two being Harlequins and the Debug NPC).
Succinctly? You're screwed. This is one of the worst selections of Prototypings I've seen in a long, long time. I would heavily advise getting the fuck out of that session as soon as possible, before Sburb just lolrandumb-ly glitches you all dead. I'd normally tell people to stay the fuck away from speedrunning guides, but in your situation there's not a lot you can do to make the game any less stable than it already is. Get your shit together and finish the game as quickly as you can. If your Clown is going to show up, he'll do so at some point before the finish.

Prototyping a frog makes the Queen take off her ring and then store it in a vault. So. Only one wraith.

The darkness, the madness. Everywhere. Herding cats. Chasing butterflies. Caterpillars worth nothing. I am the one who sees the prize. This is my duty.

Ooooooooh dear...
RA, dear. Gather the other players in your session. All of them. Except the Clown. I have no idea what the clown might might be doing, as he's being all ~cagey~ and ~cryptic~. But if all the hype over the Clown title is even remotely true, then you are, all of you, going to need all the help you can get.
