Hi again it's me, deficientModel, I'M STILL ALIVE, Huzzah! I hope that introduction was not to bombastic for you forum-goers, I'm not that well educated when it comes to formal greeting with other humans. (Which is one the reasons why I've made this thread) You might remember me from another thread I did in the recent past, or at a least I think it's the recent past from the forums temporal perspective. Sorry, "Time Shenanigans" as I believe they are called is not my scientific specialty. Really, I thought Mother's point to point portalization technology could be sometimes convoluted in it's complexity, but Time Travel is another beast all together.
Oh dear, I'm deeply sorry it seems I'm rambling, I apologize. Anyhow, back to point, you fellows might remember me from an earlier post where I was asking for advice on the seemingly abnormal Land I received in my First Session and my inability to get my co-players to stop hating me. Well guess what, that session turned out to be a success. THIS IS A TRIUMPH!!! (Sorry once again about the bombast, won't happen I promise) Yes indeed, we managed to successful defeat the forces of the Black King and ensure the Vast Croak. Unfortunately, my entire team still hated me with a fiery passion that eclipsed my Mother's irrational hatred of potatoes, throughout the session. I'm not exactly a psychologist, but I think I can make a well-founded hypothesis that their hatred had to do with the fact I was the one responsible for introducing the Game to them, thus resulting in the destruction of Earth and loss of almost everyone they ever cared. That along with my Mother's... um, sarcastic remarks on whether they were adopted or if their Guardians ever really loved them, probably did not help increase my likability either. My session's Knight was the only one who would tolerate being around me, and even then he would immediately abscond whenever Mother decide to return from wherever she was, and state her personal opinions on his sole remaining family. Hmm... I guess a lot of my DEFICIENT attempts at developing a proper relationship with any of my co-players, was kind of thwarted by Mother's biting remarks. I still miss her through, she could be kind of cruel sometimes and perhaps even sadistic, but suppose family is family and I still cared for her deeply.
If anyone is curious my Mother was killed when that little MORON, Courtyard Droll, destroyed her central core with a SHAVING CREAM BOMB!!! I made damn sure that mental midget received a highly painful permanent malfunction. Ever seen a spatial portal collapse while someone's only half way through... it's not a pretty sight, believe me.
Alright, moving on from that personal tragedy lets pay attention to the present. I'm in a whole new session with 8 Players, including myself. We've only just got everyone in the game, and I've only talked to a couple of my co-players. From a brief cross-examination they all seem rather... odd. The Players from my First Session all seemed be culturally homogeneous with me being the "Weird Portal Guy", but these new co-players are just strange to me. I guess it stems from the fact that we're all from different versions of Earth, each with it's own history and culture. So, back to why I made this thread in the first place, I want advice from you forum-goers on how I should approach making acquaintances with these colorful fellows, with Mother gone I have to admit that the task might be a little bit easier this time around. Also, I would like to use this forum to maybe ask a few questions on how to progress through this session. In my previous one I was the Ward of Space, and for most of the session I had my Co-operative Testing Drones along with the aforementioned Knight do most of the Frog Breeding.
One of my co-players has already messaged me on pesterchum and informed me that their will be team introduction meeting soon. I plan on presenting that pesterlog to you guys in a later post so you get a proper understanding of who my eccentric co-players are and how best I can get them to work along side me.
Any help you guys could offer me in this task of achieving "Nakama" and once again managing to successful complete another session would be most appreciated.
Oh, almost forgot, I'm a Waste of Rage this time around. I suppose asking what this Title signifies would be the first of my many questions.
