I found an odd item, and I don't really know whether it's dangerous. Generalizations from some guides tell me "yes", but... I'm not sure. Let me start from the beginning.
I was on a fear quest. I didn't really know about all of the cautions intended with those, so I simply waltzed off into the Psychoruins without a care in the world.
I went and did my stuff (and got scared out of my mind, but w/e) and ended up at the core. Our wonderful Muse of Breath had made us all an item imbued with an activatable, minor version of [Eye of the Storm] and I managed to get out mostly unshaken. But when I was down there, I found a weird thing that I had thought at first was just another illusion of the Psychoruins but was still there after I left.
It was a pure white sword, scimitar-like, that radiated hazily-visible green energy. The only thing that I can compare the appearance and feeling to is... my old friend, GodBird- the First Guardian who tended to hang around my house. Holding it makes me feel, in a word, powerful. It's ridiculously strong, firing bolts of this green energy and lightning and cutting through everything in my way. Sometimes, though, it feels like some stuff is happening around me that I can't quite see, like an underexposed photo or a blur in the corner of your eye.
But man, the power of that thing. It really does have a lot of the same powers as GodBird did, energy, indestructibility, et al. I think it (or I?) get stronger as I use it, because there are sometimes that I swear I was below a cliff or in the path of an attack only to find that I was conveniently on it or out of range, respectively. Again, there's still that feeling of unknowing, even some periods where I just don't remember anything for a few minutes and find a lot of grist and/or rubble piled near me.
I can't say what it really *is*, being that there's no name that shows up when it gets captchalogued. Come to think of it, I'm not sure how I can be so proficient in its use- my specibus is Duelkind. Which leads me to the thought of a combination of it and my duel disk...
